THE VALUE
The initiative established a structured path for modernizing a mission-critical enterprise platform while maintaining alignment across business operations, technology teams, and organizational stakeholders.
By connecting operational needs, product priorities, technical dependencies, and implementation planning, the work helped create greater clarity and coordination across a complex multi-site transformation.
THE CHALLENGE
A mission-critical enterprise asset management environment supporting operations across 38 locations required modernization from legacy on-premises technology toward a cloud-based platform.
The transformation involved more than replacing technology. Operational processes, stakeholder requirements, platform capabilities, implementation dependencies, and rollout considerations needed to remain aligned across a large and complex environment.
The challenge was creating enough structure and shared understanding to move modernization forward while accounting for operational realities and the constraints of a regulated federal environment.
MY ROLE
Working across product ownership, business architecture, and transformation delivery, I helped connect operational requirements and stakeholder priorities with the technical direction of the modernization initiative.
My role included translating business needs into actionable product direction, coordinating across business and technical stakeholders, supporting prioritization and requirements definition, and helping maintain alignment as the initiative progressed through planning and delivery.
